ShipMax Couriers provides package delivery, shipping, and logistics services. We facilitate the transportation of packages from origin to destination through our network of carriers and partners.
To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Users are prohibited from shipping illegal, hazardous, or restricted items. ShipMax Couriers reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel shipments at our discretion if we believe items violate local, national, or international laws or our policies.
Shipping rates are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and service level. All fees must be paid in full before shipment processing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.
While we strive to deliver all packages on time and in perfect condition, ShipMax Couriers' liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum amount specified in our insurance policy, whichever is less.
ShipMax Couriers provides tracking information and notifications as a courtesy. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of tracking information.
ShipMax Couriers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice or liability.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
